But what exactly is craft beer and what is a Crafthouse? Let’s break it down.

A more general definition of craft beer is a beer made in a traditional or non-mechanized way by a small brewery. To us at TAPPED, craft beer means so much more. It’s an art, crafted into a beverage that is handmade through experimentation with local ingredients. There is no mass production but rather a limited amount. It’s not the everyday flavors but the mixture of specific ingredients that bring about unique but savory sipping experiences. Craft beer is that beer that the brewer thought went all wrong but turned out to be the biggest success. To us at TAPPED craft beer is collaboration and shared experiences in the brewing process to create something we can call ours but yet share it as yours.

And Crafthouse?? Our crafthouse is a place where ice cold beer, good times, and great food come together in a home away from home. It’s the place you come to take a break from your everyday routine and relax with a refreshing brew, casual atmosphere, and smiling faces.
